Help shape organizational priorities and policy discussions.

Volunteer, host events, and participate in civic engagement activities.
Apply for leadership opportunities within LA LOTUS.
Be considered for the Ambassadors Council or Advisory Council.
Participate in member surveys and endorsement discussions.

Leadership Circle
Developing future leaders, identifying candidates, mentoring public servants, and strengthening civic participation throughout Los Angeles.
Opportunity Circle
Economic opportunity, small business growth, workforce development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and pathways to prosperity for all communities.
Transparency Circle
Government accountability, ethics, transparency, campaign finance, public trust, and ensuring residents have access to information.
Unity Circle
Building bridges between communities, promoting dialogue across backgrounds, combating discrimination, and strengthening relationships.
Solutions Circle
Practical, data-driven solutions to challenges facing Los Angeles — housing, transportation, education, public safety, homelessness, and more.
Represent Your Community
LA LOTUS believes every community deserves a seat at the table. Members may apply to serve as Community Ambassadors and help strengthen relationships between LA LOTUS and the communities they represent.
Community Ambassadors help organize outreach, introduce candidates to their communities, identify local priorities, and ensure diverse voices are represented in our conversations and decision-making processes.

Members who demonstrate leadership, commitment, and community involvement may be considered for future leadership positions within LA LOTUS.
